What data we collect
Our website collects standard usage data, and information you submit directly — through the contact form, a trial request, or a demo booking. Seraph CTI, as a product, additionally processes the organisational and security data our customers configure it to monitor, under the terms of their agreement with us.
How it's protected
Data is handled under the controls described on our Trust Center page, including tenant isolation, role-based access, and enforced multi-factor authentication for platform accounts.
Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Customers can request deletion of their data in line with their agreement with us.
Third parties
We work with a limited number of service providers to operate our website and platform. We do not sell personal data.
